The Home Depot Foundation does a lot of good on a variety of fronts, and one of their primary areas of focus is helping military veterans. They came to my agency for help with their big fall campaign to rally workers to volunteer and also get the public to nominate deserving veterans to receive a surprise – whether a tool & equipment donation to a major renovation of their homes. This campaign helped THDF surpass their goal of 100,000 volunteer hours and took home the PRWeek Best Integration into Culture Award.
